In this two-day course, we will explain and demonstrate how to make basic wheat and rye sourdough bread, how to maintain the sourdough, how to handle any potential discards or how to avoid them, and how to successfully bake in different types of ovens. You are going to learn how to bake 100 percent rye bread, basic wheat sourdough bread, easy pizza and sweet yeasted pastries.
We are going to prepare everything from the scratch, much like it would be at home, and we will also smell freshly milled flour as well as discuss the differences between various flours.
The course is intended for beginners and those who always feel like beginners, but can’t get rid of certain issues – we will try to get to the bottom of it!
Theirst day: 14:00 to approximately 20:00, second day: 09:00 to 12:30 (times are approximate, depending on dough fermentation).
Total number of participants: maximum 5 people
What to bring: Only a basket for carrying your goodies, refreshments, and everything else is provided.

Order cancellation: If canceled more than 30 days before the course date, we will refund the full amount. For later cancellations, we refund 50% of the course fee. If canceled a week or less before the course, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount. We always try to find a replacement as quickly as possible. If we succeed, we refund 80% of the original fee.
